I know – who can afford this??
Anyway, I thought it was pretty neat; streamlined architecture, very simple it seems, yet sophisticated. Interesting placement of windows, use of only very few different materials. All appears extremely clean and the floor to ceiling glass patio doors open up the space as it was one. Inside-and-out in perfect harmony.
Except for one little detail….
Did they run out of money? Is the heating bill for the pool too high? Are they opposed to outdoor living, or is there a religious reason for not having patio furniture?
If you have any better insights in these peoples lives, please let me know. I simply can’t figure it out.

i agree it looks amazing, but no one in the real world could afford this.
Right. Quite expensive and ultra sophisticated. A dream patio. The absence of patio furniture may be just because they only wanted space. Or they’re just ultraminimalists.
Thanks for your comment Katy. I see you are in landscaping. Where are you located?
Texas. The company does work in Katy, Houston and Sugarland.
